How do I get started?

Simply sign up to get on the waitlist, once approved you'll be able to submit your cards for restoration. You'll start receiving alerts immediately.

What is the turnaround time?

Review service takes 10-14 business days, Basic service takes 1-4 weeks, and Full service takes 2-8 weeks. Rush orders cut the turnaround time in half.

Can you fix whitening?

No. We do not add color to cards as this is against our ethical standards.

Do you offer refunds?

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 30-day craftsmanship guarantee. If we can't reasonably fix it, we'll refund your money.

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, with an average response time of 4 hours during business hours.
